A dry hire mobile bar means we provide the bar setup, bartenders, tools, and service—but the client provides the alcohol.

2. Do you help us decide how much alcohol to buy?
Yes! We’ll give you a customized shopping list based on your guest count, event type, and drink menu to ensure you get just the right amount.

3. Can you serve mocktails as well?
Absolutely! We offer a variety of alcohol-free craft mocktails for guests of all ages or for alcohol-free events.

4. Do you provide mixers, garnishes, ice, or cups?

5. Do you carry liability insurance?
Yes, we carry both general and liquor liability insurance to protect you and your guests.

6. Do you need access to water or electricity?
Our setup is pretty flexible! Depending on your event and drink menu, we might need access to water and a standard power outlet, as well as lighting and cover(if outside)—we’ll review all requirements with you ahead of time.

7. How far do you travel?
We’re based in Vancouver, WA and serve the surrounding areas. We’re happy to travel farther for the right event—just ask!

8. What types of events do you serve?
Weddings, birthdays, corporate events, backyard parties, festivals—you name it! We love events big and small.

9. How early do we need to book?
We recommend booking at least 2–3 months in advance, especially during peak wedding season. But if your event is sooner, reach out—we may still have availability!

10. Do you provide bartenders?
Yes! Our experienced, licensed bartenders are included with every booking. We’re all long-time friends and pros in the industry.

11. Can you create a custom cocktail menu for our event?
Definitely! We love designing signature drinks that reflect your style, theme, or favorite flavors.

12. What’s included in your base package?
